Licensing FAQ
How do I activate a paid edition?
After purchasing, enter the provided license key in Ingestics settings. The plugin activates unlocked features on the existing install. No file download or replacement needed. Freemius manages license validity and renewal reminders automatically.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Features requiring active licensing revert to the Free tier’s capability set. All your imported posts, provider configurations, settings, and activity logs remain intact. Previously published content is never deleted. Resume licensing anytime from your Customer Portal.
Can I switch between editions mid-cycle?
Upgrade is immediate upon entering a new license key. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle boundary. Freemius provides prorated credits for qualifying mid-term plan changes.
How many websites does one license cover?
Each purchased license applies to the number of sites specified in your chosen plan scope. Visit the Customer Portal to manage activations across your properties.
Is there a money-back guarantee?

Do I pay per API call or per task executed?
No. Pricing is flat per edition. There are no per-request, per-item, or per-execution charges. You own the pipeline running on your server.
